After 20 years helping buyers and sellers across the Las Vegas Valley, Jerry has seen every deal-gone-wrong, every overpriced flip, every neighborhood that looks great on paper and feels wrong the moment you arrive. He learned early: the agents who succeed long-term are the ones who protect their clients, even when it means walking away from a commission.
In 2020, Jerry launched his YouTube channel "Las Vegas Living" — not as a marketing tool, but because he was tired of seeing people get burned by bad information. His videos are blunt. His thumbnails say "DISASTER!" and "BUYERS SCREWED!" because sometimes that's the truth. And 64,500 subscribers have found his channel because they can tell the difference between an agent doing marketing and an agent telling the truth.
Today, Jerry is licensed with Summit Properties and serves buyers and sellers across Summerlin, Henderson, Southern Highlands, and the broader Las Vegas Valley. His approach hasn't changed: your financial future is too important for anything less than the full picture.
